The Well is a diverse and vibrant house that combines student interest in aspects of health and well-being with the residential living experience. Residents examine their Values, Identity and Choices through a holistic lens that impacts their daily living and activities. They learn to integrate spiritual, intellectual, financial, physical, environmental and social well-being into a multidimensional approach to wellness. Through experiential programming, community engagement, regular interaction with staff, and peer support and accountability students at The Well increase in knowledge and self-awareness of their strengths and challenges in working towards wellness. Beyond this they learn what it can mean to thrive and build lasting friendships! At The Well, residents will enjoy retreats, access to health coaching, community projects, wellness workshops, and more!
